Privacy Policy

Who we are

SWAT Security International (“SWAT”, “we”) provides security guard services in Ontario. Our office is at 2233 Argentia Road, Suite 202, Mississauga, Ontario. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, site location, the type of site and the coverage you’re interested in, and any details you add.
• Site assessment bookings: your contact details, site address and type, and your preferred date and time.
• Secure transport requests: the lead passenger’s contact details, travel dates and times, airport and flight details, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes.
• Compliance pack requests: your name, company, work email and province.
• Careers enquiries: your name, email, preferred location and the experience and qualifications you describe.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to prepare a quote, confirm an assessment, plan and deliver secure transport, send compliance documents, or discuss employment. We may contact you by email or phone about that request.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secure database operated by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. A notification is sent to our team through our Microsoft 365 business email. For secure transport requests, travel details are kept in our access-controlled dashboard rather than in email. Only authorised SWAT staff can view submissions, and access is logged. Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long we keep it

• Secure transport details are deleted automatically 90 days after the trip date.
• Other enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, unless they become part of a client or employment relationship, in which case our normal record-keeping obligations apply.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. It checks your browser without tracking you across other websites.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal or contractual limits. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
